Our published Byron Bay store hours are Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm, and Saturday–Sunday, 9am–4pm. Check your booking confirmation for your agreed pickup and return time, and contact us about public holidays or special arrangements.

Yes. Hire includes the bike, a helmet and a bike lock. Ask the team to show you the lock and help with helmet fit before setting off.

Yes. Multi-day and longer-term options and discounts are available. Enter your whole stay in the booking system and confirm overnight storage, charging where relevant and your return arrangement. Read our multi-day checklist.

Delivery is available by arrangement. Send your address, dates, rider numbers and accessory needs to the team so availability, timing and any delivery charge can be confirmed. Do not assume delivery is included in the bike starting price.

Surfboard racks are available as an optional extra, subject to availability and compatibility. Tell us your board size and preferred bike before booking. Read the surf spots and rack guide.

Kids bikes, cargo bikes and baby-seat options are part of the published range. Share ages, heights and riding ability with the team. A suitable seat or passenger arrangement must be confirmed for the specific bike; a long saddle alone does not establish suitability.

Confirm the rider eligibility and any identification or security requirements shown in your booking terms before paying. If you are booking for a younger rider, call 0493 507 336 with their age and height so we can confirm a suitable option.

Contact E-Machines with your booking reference and intended change as soon as possible. Cancellation, refund and amendment conditions depend on the hire terms attached to your reservation. Check those terms before booking, including what happens if weather affects your plans.

You can plan a ride using the permitted road approach to the lighthouse. Lighthouse Road is steep and can be busy; choose it only if you are comfortable with traffic, braking and the descent. Use the lighthouse guide and current signs and park alerts.

Use our Byron Bay riding map to choose a town, beach or coastal destination. Ask about the connecting roads and current conditions. Walking tracks, sand and water are not substitutes for permitted cycling routes.
